I've worked for several years teaching English and Spanish as a non profit tutor.all my students were able to learn Spanish/English fluently after a couple of years, some only attended my classes long enough for them to be able to perform their jobs at restaurants and factories,but I was able to teach them basic English language skills in a only a few weeks!!
